1. Overview
This policy explains how Ricord AI, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, on ricord.ai and in the Ricord web app. In short: we use only what is needed to keep you signed in and remember your theme. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently run analytics on this site.
3. What we use

The theme preference is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. Authentication storage is set when you sign in; browsing the public pages of this site does not require it.
4. What we do not use
- No advertising or ad-targeting cookies.
- No cross-site tracking or social media tracking pixels.
- No analytics or session-replay tools on this site at the moment. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
5. Consent
Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under most laws, including the EU ePrivacy rules, because the Service cannot work without it. Because we use nothing else that requires consent, we do not show a cookie banner.
6. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block or clear authentication storage you will be signed out, and sign-in may not work. If you clear local storage, your theme resets to follow your system setting.
You can change your theme at any time using the theme switch in the footer of any page.
7. Third-party sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google, you will interact with Google’s sign-in pages, which may set their own cookies under Google’s policies. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information we receive.
